About him
I looked online to find out the best way of positioning my profile write-up. It seems there's no perfect solution. I can list all the things I like to do but apparently that makes me sound dull and uninteresting! I happen to think exploring new places and tasting new foods is quite exciting and that climbing a big hill, walking along the beach or mountain-biking through the forest tracks get your heart and lungs pumping. So what's so dull about that!? Oh and saying what I do for a living apparently doesn't spur you on to wink or message me! But I do work, it pays the rent and buys all that cereal. It allows me to do things I want do. Yes it can mean long days and the occasional stressy day here and there but ask me and I'll tell you more.
Then there's that classic 'describe yourself' box. Well I think I'm a nice, polite, considerate, loyal, honest, romantic and funny guy. But then what else would I put!? I love a bit of cheeky humour, not so much Benny Hill, but more a mix of Ricky Gervais, Lee Evans and Peter Kay. I enjoy laughter. Life can be a little too serious at times so there's nowt like a good chuckle that makes your eyes water and your sides ache.
What am I looking for? Well given the fact that Nicole Kidman has yet to put my postcode in her satnav, I'll settle for a good honest, nice-looking lady with a great sense of humour. We can find what else attracts us to each other once we start chatting and meet up because, to be honest, I can't really say who I'm looking for because I won't really know until I've found you!
So if we don't write, chat and ultimately meet then we will never know.

I'd love to find a nice, tall lady who takes care of herself, is happy to get out and about but equally enjoys having some down time.
Pub lunches, walks along the beach, weekends away and city-breaks and nice holidays - just a few basic pleasures I'd love to share with someone.
I guess as I have 'grown up' a little I have realised that everyone in life has some history with their relationships. That's fine and totally accepted. I would prefer someone though that has a sunnier outloook and no major dramas going on. Too much to ask??!??!
