I'm a kind and loyal man who is happy to keep himself to himself but on the flipside, can and will be at the center of a social gathering. I care very much for those close to me and see myself as a protector to those that I love - no matter who they are.
In a previous life, I competed at a decent level in athletics and whilst I no longer compete or train, I do have the desire to start again.....but it scares the living daylights out of me!!

One thing that I find very attractive is a lady who has confidence in herself. A lady who is driven, smart, funny, laidback but also active. I've fallen out of love with the gym of recent but, would love to have a new gym partner and get back to the fitness I once had when I competed.
